H&K Wireless ("H&K," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through hkwireless.example (the "Site"), how we use it, and — importantly — how you can opt out. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Form submissions. When you submit the Request an Assessment form or the Contact form, we collect the information you provide — name, company, role, site details, email address, and any message or notes you include.
- Analytics. We use website analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, general location (city/region level), device type, and referring site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical request data (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and reliability purposes.
How We Use Information
- Responding to assessment requests and general inquiries;
- Evaluating job applications submitted through the Contact form;
- Understanding how the Site is used, to improve its content and structure;
- Complying with legal obligations; and
- Sending marketing communications, but only if you've opted in — see below.
Marketing Communications & Opt-In
Marketing communications from H&K — sent by email, text message (SMS/MMS), and phone call — are opt-in only. The only place to opt in is a clearly labeled, unchecked checkbox on our Request an Assessment and Contact forms. We do not add anyone to a marketing list based on a form submission alone, and we don't run newsletter signups anywhere else on the Site — no footer signup, no pop-ups, no bundled consent. Message and data rates may apply to SMS/MMS communications.
If you check that box, we timestamp your opt-in and store it alongside your contact record for our own audit purposes. You can withdraw consent for any or all of these channels at any time — see Your Choices below.
Third Parties We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you:
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management platform, used to store and route form submissions.
- Our analytics provider — used to understand aggregate Site usage.
- Our hosting provider — used to serve the Site and maintain standard server logs.
Each of these providers is contractually limited in how it may use your information, and none of them may use it for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & Analytics
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to support analytics and basic functionality. We honor browser-based Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically supported by our analytics provider. You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser settings; this may affect analytics but will not prevent you from using the Site or submitting a form.
Data Retention
We retain form submission data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion (see below), we remove your contact record from HubSpot and our internal systems, other than what we're required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.
Your Choices — Opt-Out
You have several ways to control how H&K communicates with you and processes your information, across every channel we use — email, text message, and phone call:
- Unsubscribe from marketing email. Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from marketing email immediately.
- Opt out of text messages. Request removal via SMS, or submit our contact form and select "Privacy / Data Request," to stop future SMS/MMS communications.
- Opt out of marketing phone calls. Tell us during any call that you'd like to stop receiving them, or request it through our contact form — either immediately ends future marketing calls.
- Request removal by other means. You can ask us to stop any or all marketing communications, or to delete your contact record entirely, by submitting our contact form and selecting "Privacy / Data Request" as the topic.
- Opt out of analytics tracking. Enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or disable cookies in your browser settings, to limit analytics data collection.
- Withdraw marketing consent. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing communications on the channel(s) you specify; it does not affect our ability to respond to a request you've already submitted.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form — we respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
